The best session I attended at the Mix was probably Jeff Prosise and Matt Gibbs' session Go Deep With ASP.NET AJAX which was really well-prepared and had a lot of good pointers on what to be aware of when using Microsoft AJAX. It's a must-see if you are using Microsoft AJAX.
